Welcome to the BODY BLOG, this is the very first posting for BODY IN SYNC.

I am looking forward to sharing “new” Pilates and Yoga information with you as we move forward towards 2012.

This year has been a year of GREAT changes for me, moving from Boston to London.

As we prepare to say farewell to 2011, it is time to reflect on the year that is passing us by.

Looking back at what we have accomplished and experienced, and looking ahead to what we would like to achieve and share.

I say THANK-YOU to everyone that has helped my with my achievements, and I looking forward to sharing more Pilates and Yoga in the future.
